01. Understand Your Idea
We start by fully understanding your vision and requirements. You can provide us with:
- Draft sketches
- Reference images (front & back)
- Existing samples
- Tech pack (if available)

02. Design Alignment & Detail Confirmation
We work closely with you to finalize all design details before sampling. Key elements we define together:
- Fabric selection (texture, stretch, performance)
- Size & fit standards
- Stitching methods
- Strap structure & support
- Accessories & decorations (rings, ruffles, trims, etc.)
- At this stage, we ensure your design is not only visually accurate, but also production-feasible and cost-efficient.
03. Sample Sheet & Tech File Creation
Before production begins, we create a complete sample development file. This includes:
- Technical drawings
- Measurement specifications
- Construction details
- Material list (fabric & accessories)
- This document ensures precision and avoids miscommunication during production.
04. Sample Production
Your sample is developed through a controlled in-house process:
- Material Preparation: Purchase sample fabrics Source accessories (decorations, ruffles, hardware, etc.)
- Pattern Making: Create paper patterns Develop technical files for production
- Cutting & Sewing: Fabric cutting Professional stitching & assembly

05. Review & Feedback
Once the sample is completed:
- We take detailed photos (front, back, close-up)
- Reference images (front & back)
- Share with you for review
- Collect your feedback
- If needed, we proceed with revisions to refine the product.
06. Revision & Final Approval
We adjust based on your comments:
- Fit correction
- Detail optimization
- Material adjustments
- Our goal is to ensure the sample meets your expectations before bulk production.
07. Sample Delivery
After approval, we ship out:
- Final sample
- Fabric swatches
